Q. How secure is shopping online with you?
A. Our site processes all sensitive financial data keyed into a browser via a "secure socket layer" or SSL, with 256bit encryption, which is the highest industry standard for encrypting transmitted data.
Security is a top priority with us and we will do our utmost to ensure the security and privacy of all your data. We use Paypal to process all online transactions. With Paypal, you can pay with your Paypal account, or if you don't have one, you can use your regular credit or debit card.
The reason why we prefer Paypal is two-fold. First, it provides a second layer of protection against fraud, which also affects us, as well as the buyers. Second, with Paypal, we don't keep any of your credit card information in our site servers.
Because we do not store any credit card information on our servers, there is no risk of any security issues. The transfer of credit card information does not happen within our servers. Once you click Proceed To Paypal, you are transferred to Paypal's secure server which then processes the credit card information that you enter.
Q. Do I have to pay shipping?
A. Shipping orders $25 and above are shipped free domestically (within the US), otherwise there is a flat rate of $4.50 for standard shipping via USPS. Non-standard shipping (i.e. priority, express, or UPS) will also incur a shipping charge.
Q. What about shipping to APO/FPO addresses?
A. Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, due to restrictions at those postal facilities, we can not offer Express shipping to these locations or package tracking, and some restrictions may apply. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Q. How will my order ship?
A. Service provider is the USPS, or UPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a USPS or UPS tracking number if applicable. For more information about shipping, please check the USPS or UPS web site.
A. Refunds are made under certain circumstances within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please do not return product you have mostly used. We offer free samples so you can avoid the hassles of trying and then returning. We want you to be satisfied.
Use our contact us form at store.healthiere.com and request a return authorization. Without an RA, your return will not get processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please be aware that you will be responsible for returning unused product to us. We are also always happy to exchange product.
